ANNEALING

HEAT TREAT REPEAT

Anealing

What is Annealing?

Annealing is the process of heating steel until it reaches recrystallization temperature and then cooling it down slowly to change the steel to a desired structure.

Why Anneal Steel?

Annealing restores their ductility and formability, which allows for further bending, punching, forming/stretching, or cutting without cracking or losing dimensional stability.

Hadeed’s Annealing

Hadeed uses Batch Annealing Furnaces in which cold-rolled steel coils are stacked eye-to-the-sky and undergo annealing to induce better drawing capability. It also provides flexibility in processing different grades and thicknesses of steel.
