As an important production sequence of cold rolled sheet production, pickling process is used to remove scale and dirt from the surface of the hot rolled sheet, cut off the cracked edge, obtain required coil weight and provide qualified coil to the cold rolling mill.

Hadeed Pakistan purchased state of the art Push-Pull Pickling Line with an annual capacity of 350,000 MT. This Pickling Line is fully automated designed with optimization and technical innovation to achieve stable production, to produce higher product quality, patented environmental protection technology to protect the people and service life of the equipment and building.

In Push-Pull Pickling process, shallow tank is used, allowing higher speed HCL turbulent flow and short pickling time and motors are under VVVF drive control. The line is also equipped with CPC and EPC systems for centering and aligning the sheet, high speed threading device for saving threading time and increasing line output, patented rotary side trimmer, scrap baller or chopper shear for achieving highly accurate trimming. The optimized acid fume cleaning system designed for the line has good environmental protection effect, making the exhaust gas cleaner for the environment.
